Our Bandknife Splitting Machines with conveyor system type are used to split blocd and slabs made from expanded rubber(Neoprene,CR,EPDM), PE foam and similar materials into thin layers or roll goods in an efficient and economic way.

Materials to be split
Blocks and slabs made of expanded rubber (Neoprene), natural and synthetic, open and closed cell foams, sponge rubber, similar materials with a Shore hardness in the range of 0-60 degrees.

• Automatic knife positioning sensor:  The front edge position of the knife is monitored by an electric eye and automatically moved forward to maintain the correct position
• Motorized height adjustment of the feed rollers with electric indication of their position
• Layer thickness in the range of 1-200mm(0.04-7.89") with increments of 0.01mm(0.0004")
• Finished skin size will be 2mm
• Closed cutting tolerance will be +/-0.1mm(+/-0.004")
