Features

The machine GY-600 equipped with the wedge cutting device is used for cutting shoe soles from EVA slabs( one-piece heel and sole for all kind of sandals) and for the manufacture of wedge parts from cellular and solid rubber (repair parts). Profile elements are mounted to the feed rollers.

These elements produce the desired angle based on the contour for the shoe sole. Therefore, the wedge-shaped parts for shoe soles can be cut without waste.
